- Content: The art exchange program with the theme Culture of the Cao Bằng peoples is part of a series of activities in response to Vietnam Culture Day 2026. It is a cultural, artistic activity aimed at introducing and honoring the distinctive traditional cultural values of the peoples of the provincial territory; creating a space for exchanging, meeting, exchanging and performing folk art, contributing to the strengthening of unity, bonding among communities of peoples.
