The 2026 International Festival of the Year

Gia Lai organises a series of cultural, tourism and sporting activities aimed at promoting the distinctive values of the Western lands, most notably the UNESCO-listed Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

The program continues to showcase the beauty of the Dalai Lama associated with Chongchang Ya volcano, contributing to the unique natural landscape and attractiveness of Gia Lai tourism. In addition to heritage promotion activities, sports programs such as the Gia Lai City Trail: A Thousand Dreams give visitors the opportunity to explore nature, experience indigenous culture and immerse themselves in the vibrant air of the highlands.

The event series implemented under the 2026 International Festival Plan in Gia Lai has been granted authorization to approve, contribute to the restoration, conservation and promotion of cultural heritage values, while promoting the promotion of photography and the development of local tourism.
