Moving motion picture program bringing cinema closer to the people of Haiphong is a meaningful cultural activity, contributing to bringing cinema closer to the people, facilitating community access to artistically valuable film works and rich content. Through special footage, the program provides a healthy entertainment space, helping the audience relax, while learning more about Vietnamese history, culture and people.

In addition to meeting the need to enjoy a spiritual culture, animation also contributes to propaganda, traditional education, spreading human values and raising community awareness. The organization at the city's civic cultural center facilitates local people's participation, interaction, and enhanced community life.

The program is hosted by the Public Career Service Center, in coordination with the Haiphong Sports and Culture Center.
