The event aims at promoting the movement of exercise, sports in the People; encouraging each citizen to choose at least one sport appropriate to their age, status, interests and living conditions to maintain regular exercise. Through it, contributes to improving health, fitness, stature, improving quality of life, building a dynamic, healthy lifestyle and the development of physical movement, popular sports in the province.

The program for the launch The event will be held from 06:30 to 07:15 on the Hanoi Capital Television Bridge. Then, from 07:15 a.m., the participating forces marched along a roughly 1.7 km stretch of road, departing from Trần Quốc Toản road, the area in front of Lâm Viên Square, via Bà Huyện Thanh Quan road, the intersection of Bà Huyện Thanh Quan - Hồ Tùng Mậu, the Thủy Tạ ring, then returning to Trần Quốc Toản road and ending at the departure area.

Activities create a fresh, lively atmosphere, enhance exchange, unite the forces involved, while encouraging people to actively engage and form physical exercise routines in daily life.

The propaganda work is implemented before, during and after the launch event through press, media and visual promotion agencies in the organizing area and some main routes. Messages such as For a Healthy Vietnam, a Nation of Action and Health to build and protect the Country contribute to spreading the meaning of the program, raising public awareness of the benefits of exercise, regular sports. At the same time, the use of QR codes to count the number of participants contributes to supporting the campaign, tracking and synthesizing response results.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Province coordinates with the relevant bodies, units to prepare the organisational conditions, mobilize the participating forces and implement the planned sporting activities. The Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center mobilized 100 athletes and sent 10 referees to participate in the running of the sports competitions after the Opening Ceremony.

Through the program, Lam Đồng Province continues to encourage officials, civil servants, officials, workers and the People's classes to actively choose appropriate sports, maintain regular training, contribute to improving public health, build healthy cultural life and develop physical, sporting movements on the territory of the province.
